Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after order placement and acceptance (not including weekends or holidays). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location.
Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days.Allow up to 6 weeks production and shipping time for surfboard orders and 2-3 weeks for t-shirts as these are made to order.
We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses at this time.

Please take careful consideration when purchasing surfboards from D’Arcy Surfboards as we do not refund or exchange due to change of heart. We understand every circumstance is different; thats why we are happy for you to contact our customer service team to discuss your individual situation.
D’Arcy Surfboards will happily exchange your surfboard/s if you do not receive what you ordered (ie; you ordered a 6'1 and you receive a 6'3) and adhere to the below terms:
a) within 30 days from invoice date,
return the board with proof of purchase (ie. copy of the invoice / return form, enclosed when you received the goods or via email originally)
the board is unused
d) with the surfboard in the same condition as when you received it.
e) board sent back in the wrapping and box it was sent to you in, with any fins enclosed.
Surfboards may be difficult to ship, so please contact us for help.
T-Shirts and Accessories
D’Arcy Surfboards will accept returns** for items purchased on the darcysurfboards.com store within 30 days from receipt for refund, exchange or store credit. Returns received within 14 days from receipt will get a refund back to the original form of payment. Returns received after 14 days will receive a store credit. Returns received after 30 days from receipt will not be accepted. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
**No returns or exchanges are allowed on Sale/Private Sale items. All sales are final.
All returns MUST meet the following criteria:
c) All tags must be attached
d) All accessories must be included
e) No perfume or other scents
f) No human or animal hair
g) No rips or tears
h) No other signs of being worn
i) All original packaging and hangars must be included
j) No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted
Failure to return merchandise as listed above will result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original. You may also be charged a $15 rejection processing fee for all rejected returns.

Fill out the Return Reason form below and return with your item(s). We recommended that you ship your return using a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package is returned to our warehouse. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit. We encourage you to use the most economical shipping method for your return or exchange. If your return warrants reimbursement of shipping costs, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your original shipping cost.
You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed. Refunds, Store Credits and Exchanges will be processed within 15 days.
A refund may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Returns, refunds, store credits and exchanges may be made at the discretion of D’Arcy Surfboards.
Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to D’Arcy Surfboards and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. The customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
